2. How do I submit unique code to earn points?

Earn points from PETPET diaper packs you’ve purchased with these 3 simple
steps!
Step 1: Find the 14-character unique code (located inner side of the
polybag).
Step 2: Log in to the PETPET Club account and enter the unique code in the
“fill in unique code” section.
Step 3: Start earning points!

3. How long is the unique code printed on the polybag valid for?

The unique code printed on the polybag does not have an expiration date.

Please take a screenshot of the pack, including the product batch details and receipt photo, and send it to us via Facebook private message (PM). If your purchase is verified as valid, we will provide a replacement code.

5. Why can’t I find diaper redemption?

Diaper redemptions are currently unavailable until further notice. Please
check the website for the current rewards that are available. If you have
any additional questions, feel free to reach out. Thank you.

6. How long does it take for the item to be sent over upon redemption?

Redeemed items may take between four (4) working weeks for delivery. Delivery
times depend on item availability, and PETPET Club may substitute items of
similar value at its discretion.

7. How can I update my personal details?

Login to your account and update your personal details in the member’s
dashboard.
Your safety is our priority, and we ensure the privacy of your data. For

8. What happens if I don't log in or submit any points for one year?

The member’s account will be deleted or deactivated if there has been no
activity for 12 months from the last unique code submission.

9. Why can’t I refer a friend to sign up as new PETPET club user?

We’re making some changes to PETPET Club, and as part of this transition, the
referral features have been temporarily removed. Stay tuned for more updates

We have discontinued the coupon redemption feature in the product
packaging.
However, we are working on new and improved ways to reward our loyal PETPET

12. Why is the gathered elastic band sticking out or falling off from the diaper during or after usage?

Oil or cream-based products may cause the gather elastic (bands around the
waist and legs) falling off from the diaper,
so we recommend not applying too much moisturizer and avoiding using it on
areas where
the elastic comes into contact with the skin.
