Each of your PetPet Tape Jumbo/Mega pack comes with a 14 character unique code printed inside the polybag packaging.STEP TWO
Open the polybag packaging and locate the code printed inside of the bag.STEP THREE
Enter the unique code into the redemption system found in the PetPet Club Point Redemption Page.
Each pack of
- PetPet Tape Jumbo ( NB/S ) and Mega (S/M/L/XL) will have a unique code printed inside the polybag packaging.
- PetPet Pants Jumbo (M/L/XL/XXL) will have a unique code printed inside the polybag packaging.
- PetPet E-Box (Tape/Pants) will have a unique code printed inside the polybag packaging.
4. PetPet Comfort (Tape/Pants) will have a unique code printed inside the polybag packaging.
5. PetPet Day&Night Tape and Pants will have a unique code printed inside the polybag packaging.
Keep the polybag / unique code until you enter the code into the Point Rewards Page of PP Club.
Remember! You must be a member of PP Club before you can collect and enter the unique codes for points.

The unique code printed on each of our polybag expire after 3 years based on the manufacturing date printed on the polybag. There will be no unique code replacement given based on the above situation.

Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to see your point balance in the members dashboard.

In the member’s dashboard, you are able to view, submit unique codes for points and redeem your points, find the latest news about PETPET and order.

No, points can only be redeemed within Malaysia.

Please allow delivery of redemption items up to four – six (4 to 6 ) working weeks. Subject to item availability & PetPet Club shall in its absolute discretion substitute it with an items of similar value.

Please screenshot photo of the pack, the product batch details & receipt photo for query via FB PM. We will award a replacement code if your purchase is deemed valid.

All redemption will be send to a valid address except Felda addresses and any P.O. Box address otherwise redemption will be automatically cancelled.

Any attempts of resend or redeliver the redemption premium to the member and again returned undelivered to PetPet Club after the second attempt of delivery, no delivery attempt will be made and redemption will be automatically cancelled. The points of the redemption made earlier will be forfeited and PetPet Club will not be responsible to reinstate the points back to members.
Premium remain unclaimed after two (2) months from the redemption date will be deemed as forfeited.

No. Each account is tied to your email/username and it cannot be transferred to others.

You can update your baby’s details in your profile page within the PetPet Club member’s dashboard.
